Some wear from reading/storage, a brief personal note to a previous owner on the first blank page, a small spot of staining on the page edges, and the cover is pulling away from the binding slightly at the front and back of the book (but still intact; see pictures). But otherwise, this book is in good shape. Pages are crisp and clean. No creased, torn or missing pages. No other writing or marks of any kind (other than that already mentioned).
