It does not come with the speaker grills and all the functions work in the back.

8ohm and M&K and made in the USA.

They still sound pretty remarkable. Top right grill bracket is broken and missing.

They’re quite heavy at almost 17lbs a piece with measurements at 12 X 10.5 X 7.5”
