If you are not a professional or experienced system builder, please check all of your components for failure before replacing your motherboard. All our boards are tested and functional. Before beginning a system build or board replacement, please have back up components to use if the build / repair fails.

Condition:

·         This item is used in good working conditions

·         Used: An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended

·         Items listed as used/ or do not state otherwise work perfectly. We will add a description if the item does not function exactly as it should.

Warranty:

·         This item is under our 30 days warranty.

·         If for some reason you receive a defective item please return within 30 days for a replacement or a full refund.

 

Shipping:

 

·         Items will be ship within 24 hours after the auction was ended, unless Holiday or weekends which will be ship the next business day

·         Our shipping carriers are FEDEX , UPS and USPS.

·         ANY ORDERS OF DESKTOP OR LAPTOP COMPUTERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THESE ORDERS.

·         We don't offer shipping to the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam.

Refunds:

              A refund only if item is DOA. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping          

              charges back to us for non-defective items.

  

·         No refunds after 30 days from time of purchase.

 

 Return Shipping:

             

·         Paid for by Alameda PC Parts for defective items ONLY.

 

·         Return warranty does NOT cover wrong fit, incompatibility, buyer’s    

              remorse, buyer tampering or disassembly, or anything else.

 

Others:

 

·         You are expected to do your own research in regard to the compatibility and/or software/driver requirements for any item they are considering purchasing.

·         Please always double check the part number or model number since there will be a 10% stocking fee if you purchase the wrong part.

·         We will not be responsible for any incompatibility issues with your unit. In most cases, all information that we have available to us is included in the text of the post.
