Fitment: For Dana 30 Differential 27 Spline.
Replacement for: SL D30-27.
FUNCTION: When driving in a straight line, the locker will lock the axles together, similar to a spool. However, when the wheels need to be differentiated during a turn, the locker will allow the outer wheels to rotate faster to complete the turn. The internal gears on the Locker will override each other to allow this distinction.
EFFECT: The operation of Differential Locker is fully automatic. Designed to power the wheels with maximum traction and will help you get where you want to go.
Easy Installation
1.Place springs in hollow end of alignmengt pins
2.Install alignment pins / springs into driver holes
3.Set aside retainer wires
4.Push alignment pin / spring assembly down & secure with retainer wire 5.Install side couplers into carrier case
6.Install spacers into the center drivers
7.Install center drivers & spacers
