New with tag 'Marks & Spencer' pink & white linen skirt 

On all the tags it states the size is 'regular', but on all the sewn in labels is just gives the sizes number eg. Size 20

Please choose from the following sizes:

• Size 20  (Across the top of the waist is 20"/20.5". Length 20"/21")

• Size 14  (Across the top of the waist is 16"/16.5". Length 20"/21")
