No. 20 School of the Fifth Position for Violin by Alfred Manger.  Part of the American Academic Series published by Carl Fischer, 1911.

Very nice used antique condition.  Small bit of paper missing from the front cover on the "M" in "American." Normal wear and tear should be expected (small bends, discoloration, tears, frays, stray pencil/ink mark, etc).  

Perfect for vintage/antique home and office decor or, of course, for literal reading.
