I build Relic Guitars for my living and have sold over 860 of them to happy customers. Since playing styles vary, you may have to make some adjustments to the guitar to suit your style, like adjusting the neck and bridge. If you like lower or higher action, it is very simple to adjust and we will be happy to assist you in adjusting the bridge saddles. Changes in temperature and humidity during shipment may occur and also cause the guitar to need adjustments. We do not give refunds for any costs associated with setups or adjustments made to the guitar. We ship to 50 US States only. We do not accept offers. Shipping cost and selling price are firm. -Thanks
