This listing is for a preowned vintage Evan Picone Dress black shift dress with decorative gold buttons in women's size 18. The fabric is 100% polyester. The buttons have an abstract ripple design. It zips up the center of the back, with a slit at the center of the bottom of the skirt. There are shoulder pads. It measures about 24" across the chest, and about 38" long from the shoulder to the bottom edge, both laying flat. There is a tiny whitish spot on the skirt, shown in the closeup photo.
