NM  : Spotless disc/record

VG++  :  little to no scuffing 

VG + : little to no scuffing but visibly used

VG : visible scuffs/scratches

VG- : visible scuffing/scratches, more so

G+ : scuffs and scratches are visible throughout disc, but still plays

G: heavier scuffing and scratching but still plays , acceptable condition 

P: broken/cracked disc
