Condition: Overall book is in acceptable condition. Book was purchased from a sewing store that went out of business. Book has obvious wear from use. Covers are in acceptable condition , front and back show wear from use with wear showing on the edges and corners. Binding is intact and tight. Pages are in good condition , they do show some wear from pages being turned. No rips , no tears , no stains. No yellowing of pages. No writing on or within the book that I could find.
