Uncanny X-men #106 August 1977.

 

This is a key issue with the first appearance of evil Charles Xavier.

 

I see some minor dents along the spine. I see a minor crease in the spine towards the top. Pages are off-white. I see a minor crease, that does not break color, on the back towards bottom of page. I’m hesitant to give my opinion on the grade of this comic, so I will upload plenty of pics.
