We dispatch every day (Monday to Friday) though our cut-off time for same day dispatch can can change from day to day so if you need something urgently, you should contact us as we can often get later orders out. In any case, your order will always be dispatched within 1 working day.


Our standard UK delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48 with the majority of deliveries taking place within 2 working days. This can be upgraded at checkout for a small additional charge. For larger or heavier packages, we use Parcelforce which is a next day service (No weekend deliveries) though this usually takes 2 working days for Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.





​​​​​​​All eBay orders must be paid for through the eBay checkout process.


We automatically produce a VAT receipt for every order which you will receive by email. If you would like to have a specific name/company on the VAT receipt, just add a note to your order or contact us through eBay messages. If you need a copy of any of your previous receipts from us, just let us know and we can forward it onto you.

​​​​​​​We offer 30-day returns as standard on all new products. Even if you have opened a product and decided it's not for you or not what you need, you are still welcome to return it (presuming it is unused!). You should use the eBay returns process for a managed return.


Return postage will be paid by us where we are at fault (for example if the item has been damaged in transit or we  have described it incorrectly). If you have just changed your mind or no longer require the item, you will be responsible for return postage costs.


In any event you will receive a full refund, we do not charge any restocking fees or handling charges. Your refund will be processed by us the day we receive your item back though depending on your initial payment method, it can take a few days to show back in your account.

​​​​​​​We provide the following warranties with products we supply. Any manufacturer or supplier warranty beyond that is out of our control with different manufacturers applying different warranty conditions to online purchases.


Portable Power

2 Years from date of purchase. Any faulty product should be reported to us and we will arrange to have it collected, sent to the manufacturer and, usually within 72 hours, on it's way back to you.


Power Probe

2 Years from date of purchase. Any faulty product should be reported to us and returned to us at the address we provide. We will arrange to either have your product replaced or repaired under warranty.


Snap-On/Blue-Point

1 Year from date of purchase. Faulty products should be reported to us and returned to us for replacement. Where we are unable to supply a replacement, a full refund will be offered or you can choose an alternative product if you prefer.​​​​​​​


HEXAFLEX

3 Years from date of purchase. If you report any problems to us, we will arrange to have any faulty components replaced within 48 hours.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​As with all eBay sellers, we are required to use eBay messages for enquiries. Sellers are not allowed by eBay to publish further contact information.


eBay are however required by law to publish company details including our name, address etc and these can be found on our seller profile page.

To allow us to ship more items to more countries easily, we use the eBay Global Shipping Program whereby we ship the item to a UK handling centre and eBay forward it on to you. It is a reliable and generally cost-effective service backed by eBay's Buyer Protection if any problems should arise.


 This does however mean that we have no control over delivery times or shipping costs so it is not always the best option. It may sometimes be quicker or cheaper if we ship to you directly.
