We accept Paypal only.
Due to an increase in fraudulent buyers we prefer payment by verified Paypal accounts with a confirmed address. When an address is unconfirmed further checks need to be made which may result in a delay to delivery and in some cases we may need to return payment and ask you to verify your account.
eCheque Delays
Please be aware that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the Paypal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours.
All Items are in stock in UK and are despatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day. Any items ordered before 9:30AM are dispacthed the same day during the working week.

Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail 'contact seller', so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 24hr turn around Monday to Friday (This excludes any Bank Holidays)
1. The item must be returned within 30 days of the date you receipt in all circumstances.
2. Please ensure you Include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed or remain un-actioned If we cannot identify It.
3. Any damages or shortages to be advised to us, through eBay, within 72 hours of receipt.
4. P&P costs are non refundable & the cost of returning any Item to us Is payable by the buyer in all circumstances. (Unless Item is being returned due to our fault or Item is Faulty / Damaged)
5. Items returned must be returned in any original packaging, with all accessories, manuals or documentation sold and in un-used condition.
6. Adequate packaging and postage must be provided for any returned Items.
7. All returned items are subject to Inspection by our returns department, if no defect is found and the Item is In full working order, the Item will be returned to the buyer and postage & administrative costs will be charged. Such costs to be reflective of business time & postage. No refunds will be issued until the Item has been Inspected and any defect, fault or damage established.
8. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage in any Instance (Unless item(s) is being returned due to our fault or Item Is Faulty / Damaged). We can only refund or replace Items we actually receive. All Returns are processed within 2 working days of receipt.
9. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail. We always keep proof of postage/ Tracking Numbers as provided to us by Royal Mail. Please contact us if your item has not arrived within ebays stipulated times of delivery, & we will chase up with Royal Mail Immediately. We will Endeavour to try & resolve all matters to a 100% satisfaction rate.
