AD8367 module 500MHz 45dB linear variable gain amplifier AGC VCA 0-1V control

AD8367 is a variable gain medium frequency amplifier based on the X-AMP structure of ADI company. It is composed of a 9 order resistance attenuation network and a fixed gain amplifier. It can achieve accurate logarithmic linear gain control and gain control range of 45 dB. It can not only configure the traditional VGA mode applied to the applied voltage control, but also the same VGA mode. The square law detector is integrated inside the system, so it can also work in the automatic gain control mode. The typical working frequency range of AD8367 is within 500 MHz, and there are two modes of work: positive gain mode (MODE terminal high level) and negative gain mode (MODE terminal low level). The analog gain control voltage range is 50mV ~950mV, the control sensitivity is 20mV/dB, and the gain is through gain. The control terminal MODE can set AGC as a positive gain control mode or a negative gain control mode to match the characteristics of a logarithmic amplifier to form a stable negative feedback AGC circuit with a stable performance. When working Yu Zheng and negative gain control mode, the relationship between the logarithmic gain and the linear control voltage of AD8367 is: positive gain mode: G =50Vc-5 (dB), negative gain mode: G =45-50Vc (dB), G is gain, unit dB; Vc is control voltage, unit is volt. The module has shielding shell and anti reverse protection diode.
