Expedited Service can be selected on checkout under ‘Flat Rate Freight’ - this will push your repair to the top of the queue and upgrade your delivery method.
On completed payment, you will receive our postal instructions
Please act upon these instructions in full
Once we receive your device, we will get started on the repair process
Receiving Your Device:
Your device is identified and labeled
Your device is then booked into our system where we keep a record of your name, the model of your device, serial number and the repair(s) carried out
The Repair Process:
We will examine and diagnose your device before repair, to ensure the correct repair is carried out to for the specified fault(s)
The repair is carried out within a specific time frame
The device will undergo testing to ensure the repair was successful
Returning Your Device:
We will disinfect your device and package it, ready for dispatch
Your device will be shipped using Tracked48 delivery via Royal Mail
If another delivery method was selected on checkout, then we shall dispatch your device via your selected delivery method.
When you receive your device and are satisfied with the repair, please kindly leave us some positive feedback
What Is Our Expedited Service:
Your device is fast tracked from start to finish
Shipping is upgraded from Tracked48 to Tracked24
Expedited Service costs £20 and can be selected within the ‘Review Item and Postage’ section on checkout
Please Note:
If for any reason your device cannot be repaired, or you cancel the repair once received, a fixed £10 diagnostic fee is applied - by purchasing this service, you agree to this
Royal Mail’s Tracked24 and Tracked48 services will insure your device(s) up to £100
Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service will insure your device(s) from £500 - £2500. This can be selected on checkout if preferred
Expedited service is non-refundable
We do not hold responsibility for any liquid induced faults
We are closed on the weekends and all public holidays

We aim to have all repairs done and dispatched the same day as received where possible. During busy periods some devices can take 1-2 days to repair and dispatch
Our repairs carry a three month warranty period, which does not cover any physical or liquid damage or any tampering of the device post repair
