We, Wholesale Shopping Outlet, are a company that retails in ladies fashion, men's fashion, hosiery, socks, and lingerie. We import our stock from Germany, France, Italy and China and also manufacture our own garments both locally and abroad. Our aim is to provide our customers with high quality products and to give them the best service we can.

- How much does delivery cost?
- We offer 4 levels of delivery on our listings varying in price from free to �7.99.
- Royal Mail First Class Standard

- Where do you deliver to?
- We deliver to any address in the UK mainland, as well as internationally.
- Delivery rates and delivery times may vary by country.
- Are there any UK or international addresses where delivery might take longer?
- Yes, there are certain locations in the UK including, the Highlands, the Channel Islands. Remote areas both in the UK and internationally may take longer to deliver your order.
- How will I know when my order has been sent?
- As soon as your order is despatched from our Warehouse you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. Your item will usually be despatched within 48 hours.
- Once my order has been despatched when will I receive it?
- The estimated delivery time for UK orders is 5-7 working days for deliveries within the UK or 7-10 working days for deliveries overseas. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm excluding public holidays.
- Please note: Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods in the time specified, we cannot guarantee delivery in that time period or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale. We cannot accept liability for any out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
- Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 calendar days for orders within the UK and 21 calendar days for International orders. Although it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time please check with your neighbours and your local sorting office.
- What do I do if I have not received my order?
- Should your order not arrive within the estimated time (please see 'Once my order has been dispatched when will I receive it?') please contact us so that we can class the item as 'Lost In Post' and investigate with Royal Mail.
- Please remember that we cannot investigate any missing orders until 14 calendar days have passed for UK deliveries and 21 calendar days for overseas deliveries.
- We ask that you ensure you report any items not received within 40 days of dispatched as after this time we may not be able to replace or refund your item.
- One of the items is missing from my order. What do I do?
- If an item is missing from your order please contact us immediately via eBay so we can resolve the issue for you and get the missing item despatched to you.
- What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?
- In the event that you have ordered a product which will not fit through your letterbox, and you are not in to take delivery, then the postal service will follow their usual procedure. For UK orders this usually means a card is left to notify you of an attempted delivery and the item will either be left with neighbours or be held at your local sorting office.
- For International orders please refer to your local postal company for their standard procedure in case this differs to the UK.
- The product has arrived faulty / damaged, what should I do?
- We apologise for the inconvenience if we have delivered a faulty or damaged item. If the product you have ordered has arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us for a copy of our return form and further instructions.
- Please note: Any orders returned to us which have not been authorised will not be refunded.
- I have been delivered the wrong product, what should I do?
- We apologise for the inconvenience if we have delivered the wrong item. If the product you have received is not the one you ordered, please contact us for a copy of our return form and further instructions.

- Severe Weather
- Should there be any severe weather conditions, each day will be assessed as it comes and you will be emailed advising of what actions have been put in place and when you should expect to receive your order. Please be assured that in these circumstances, Love My Fashions will do everything possible to fulfil your order within the limitations that the weather brings.
- Am I able to change the delivery address to something other than my registered address?
- For security reasons we are unable to deliver to any address other than your registered address.
- Do you deliver on Bank Holidays?
- Bank Holidays are not classed as working days so we don't include these in our estimated delivery times. In this instance you should expect delivery on the next working day.
- Do you combine postage charges /send items together?
- We do offer combined shipping on all orders. Please contact us via eBay for a combined invoice.
RETURNS POLICY:
- What is your return policy?
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if it is not suitable for any reason, we are happy to refund your purchase providing it is:
- Returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- It is in original undamaged packaging with all tags intact
- The product is in the same condition as how you received it
- You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and during transit. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned, and request that you use a tracked mail service or ask the Post Office to stamp the Proof of Posting label when returning products by post.
- If the item you receive is faulty, damaged or the wrong item has been sent, please follow our returns instructions.
- With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, if you return your purchase after 14 days of receiving your order, we reserve the right to not offer you a full refund. We will instead refund you the original order price minus postage and packaging charges and a 20% restocking fee.
- In the unlikely event of an item being received damaged or faulty you have 28 days from date of despatch to report this to us for Return.
- How do I return an item?
- We want to ensure you are totally satisfied when shopping with us so, if you change your mind for any reason, you are able to report an unopened item to us for Return within 14 days of it being despatched to you.

- To arrange a return please contact us via eBay and we will be more than happy to arrange this for you. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and the reason why. You will need to package the item securely and include a completed copy of our returns form which we will issue you.

- We will process your refund / replacement as soon as your item is received back into our warehouse.
