Warranty: We offer an outstanding 1 year warranty FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE on all hardware issues for our computers and Monitors. Warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not be covered in our warranty. Problems from installing internet service need to be directed to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) directly. Warranty does not cover any software issues and unauthorized repairs/upgrades. Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty. We strive to bring you the best experience possible with our store and our products. If you experience any difficulties, please feel free to contact us. If your problem cannot be resolved by phone, we will arrange to receive your item back from you for repair or replacement. All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us through EBAY MESSAGES or Phone. Laptop batteries are not covered under our warranty. Amount of time laptop batteries hold charge is not guaranteed. Please note that all batteries will hold charge, we don't guarantee the amount of time.

The ONLY way to purchase a pre-owned computer with Windows installed is to buy a computer that has been refurbished
by a Microsoft Authorized partner. The computer MUST have a newly attached License/Certificate of Authenticity (COA) along
with the ORIGINAL COA. If not, it's very possible that is an illegitimate load of Windows which WILL leave you exposed.
Don't be fooled by Original Manufacturer (ex. Dell) disks. Those were only meant for the original user and DOES NOT contain
a transferable license. Genuine software will allow you to access Microsoft Windows Update.
