Comes with two controllers, the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, RF cable, and ac adapter. Has been tested with Tetris and works great. The bottom half of the Super Nintendo Entertainment System has slight yellowing but the top half is in its original shade. On one of the controllers there are light scratches but works fine.

Some extra info: one of the controllers is an official Super Nintendo Entertainment System controller with an about an 8 foot cord; the other controller has a cord length of about 5 feet.
