Dispatch Times | Orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched that same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Any order placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. |

Delivery to Work / Business Addresses | If you choose to have your order delivered to a business address, we can not be held responsible if a colleague signs for the order and doesn't pass it along to you. We consider the order delivered when anyone at the address you nominate for delivery signs for it and will not accept claims for non-delivery in these circumstances. |
Delivery to PO Boxes / Mail forwarders | We will not dispatch orders to PO Boxes or third-party services such as mail handlers and forwarders. |

We Accept Returns | If you changed your mind and would like to return your order you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods and the goods are not damaged in transit. |

Damaged Items | If your item is damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 2 working days with clear picture of damage. |
Item Not Received | If you have not received your items, you must let us know within 10 working days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 30 days for domestic. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete. |
