This listing is for a rare French bronze clock.

This masterpiece dates to the early 1800s and is made from gilt bronze. It retains much of its original gilding, which is really quite nice. It’s quite stunning actually

The clock features statues on top of a woman in a religious/educational scene.

The clock measures 11.5 x 5.25 x 19.5 inches.

It appears to be in overall good condition. Some minor tarnishing from age, but nothing out of the ordinary with age and normal wear. Some of the statues on top are a tad loose.

The movement was last serviced in 2018. We recently tested it and it ran and chimed. The bell chime strikes on the half hour and hour
