SHIPPING & HANDLING

Sales and shipping are limited to the 48 contiguous US states.

Buyer pays for shipping, and we will carefully package up and ship out this item.  We ship within three business days or less (excluding federal holidays) of receiving PayPal payment.  You will be able to track your order with the assigned tracking number.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT & RETURN POLICY

If an item is damaged during shipment, buyer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving item so that a claim can be made.  Buyer must supply pictures for documentation for a carrier claim.

For your convenience, we have a 30 day return policy.  All returns must have prior approval before shipping back to us.  We must receive the item in the same condition as when we shipped it to the buyer with no additional damage or wear.  If new and sealed, item must be unopened.  Any original packaging and tags must be attached.  The buyer will receive a purchase price refund (minus original shipping) and the buyer pays for return shipping.  We must receive the item within the 30 day return period.
