GREEN LANTERN (Vol 3) #50 from DC Comics Mar 1994.  This Key Newsstand DC issue features the first-ever appearance of Kyle Rayner as Green Lantern and the death of Kilowog, Sinestro and Oa - in a great script by Ron Marz.  Amazing "glow-in-the-dark" cover elements with green felt by Darryl Banks - who also provided the interior art.
