The year of Manufacture is early 1930's and the pair is in perfect condition, no chips or cracks.

The colours are quite divine and the inner glass is blue.

The manufacturer is either Franz Welz or Kralik Glass, both companies are most noted for a wide range of colourful artistic glassware produced during the 1920's & 1930's.
