Old World Christmas Inge Glass Christmas Ornament  Victorian Father  Christmas produced in 1995.

The ornament is #4045 and measures 3.5”. It was produced in Germany before Old World Christmas decided to manufacture their ornaments in China.  It has the original Star top.
