Old World Christmas Inge Glass Christmas Ornament Constable produced in 1995.  The ornament was never displayed, new old stock.

The ornament is #2507 and measures 4,75”.   It was produced in Germany before Old World Christmas decided to manufacture their ornaments in China.  It has the original Star top.
