One of the structural clips on the back is broken. This will not affect its ability to stay on your mirror. Any of the other clips that are broken are purely alignment clips and have no bearing on keeping the mirror cover in place. If you want to have the most secure mount and put your mind at ease, using double sided tape is advised.

*The last pictures have arrows pointing out the structural clips on these mirror covers. Those 4 clips are the only ones that act as retention to hold your mirror cover on. Any other clips are alignment clips and have no bearing on holding the mirror cover on.*
