This is the premium tool and uses s30v steel for the primary blade, 420HC steel for the serrated gut hook blade, and has titanium handles. All parts came from a brand new retail tool in perfect working order prior to takedown and was unused- not a return or factory defective/warranty tool as some on eBay are.
