Payment

Paypal is the only payment method that is accepted. Please ensure your PayPal address is correct as we only ship to the address nominated on your PayPal account which reflects on your eBay account at checkout.

Shipping

Your package will be shipped on the next business day after cleared payment is received - if payment is received early it may be shipped the same day. We do not ship weekends or public holidays.

If you choose standard postage we are not covered by Australia post insurance.

We are shipping in good faith and at our own and your own risk.

Australia post is known for losing parcels. We urge you to consider tracking labels.

Cost for tracking is $4.40

Please choose the signature option at checkout for tracking with signature. 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not 100% happy with the item you may within 30 days of receipt, return the item for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. The item must be in brand new condition in original packaging and be returned with any gift packaging. All return postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If an item is faulty claims should be made within 7 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the returned item, an assessement will be carried out to determine the cause of the damaged or faulty item. If the item is determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be sent and the buyers costs of returning the item will be reimbursed. If a replacement is not available a full refund will be provided.

If the item is determined not to be faulty or damage has been deemed to have been caused through incorrect use, it will be sent back at the buyer's expense and no reimbursement will be offered. 

We check the condition of each item before they are sent out.

All returns must be pre-approved via ebay message.
