"A" grade condition description: Devices are 100% functional, and fully tested.  The screen is in very good condition both cosmetically and functionally. There may be a few minor scuffs and scratches on the side or back of the device. 

"B" grade condition description: Devices are 100% fully functional.  Devices will show signs of use including scratches, dents, and scuffs.

If there is no letter grade at all in the title or seller notes please make sure to FULLY READ the seller notes/item description before purchase as those items without a letter grade assigned to them may have defects.

Due to a recent rash of charge backs we no longer offer direct shipping overseas.  The ONLY option is using eBay's GSP.  We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience.

RETURNS:

All returns are accepted no matter the reason.  If an item is not as described we will fully refund your purchase once the item comes in and we will cover return shipping costs.  If for any reason that the item is not returned to us in the same condition as when it was sent (taking into consideration the extra damages/issues that are stated by the buyer) we will be deducting up to 50% of the refund depending on what extra issues there are.  If a return is a buyers remorse reason/not requested properly we will be deducting a minimum of the return shipping costs and up to 20% for a restocking fee
