Record

VG condition - Record surfaces shows only signs of light wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches 

G condition - Record surfaces show some signs of heavier wear and has noticeable scratches

F condition - Record surfaces show some signs of obvious wear and the scratches be longer,deeper and numerous

Poor condition - Record may not be fit for playing. I only list records in this condition if they are rare/limited edition or collectable, even in this poor condition.

Sleeve

VG condition - some light wear to the sleeve, may have light ringwear, some light wear to corners, spine or edges

G condition - more noticeable wear to the sleeve, more noticeable ringwear, more noticeable wear to corners, spine or edges.

F condition - badly worn sleeve, damage may include split edges and small tears to sleeve  etc

Poor condition - badly damaged sleeve. I will only list records with this kind of damage if they are rare/limited edition or collectable, even in this poor condition

Please Note : On occasion the edges of the sleeve may have become unglued. In this event I wll list the condition as POOR but will also grade the sleeve how the sleeve looks after it has been reglued

Please rest assured that if you are not happy with my description and feel that the quality of the item differs from the listing then i will pay for the return of the item and issue you with a full refund 

Packaging

To protect the LP .I wrap the record in bubblewrap and then place in a cardboard outer( measuring approx 44cm x 34cm x 4cm )

Shipping Information & Cost

If your order is for 1 x LP then it will be shipped through Interparcel using the EVRI 2/3 day service.

If your order is for 3 or more LPs then it will be shipped using the Royal Mail TRACKED 48 service 

I ship any orders placed before 11pm ( Monday to Friday )  the following working day meaning for instance that any order placed on a Saturday will be dispatched on the Monday

Due to the large number and variety of items that I am selling it is very difficult to show an accurate delivery charge for when a purchase is made for items from different categories( ie an LP and a CD). However I certainly DO consolidate delivery charges  so if ,when you place an order for a number of different items the delivery charge seems high, I will amend the delivery charge accordingly. In this instance please place your order without making the payment and I will send back to you the amended total or contact me through ebay messages with the items you are looking to purchase and I will confirm the delivery cost

Returns Information

If you wish to return this item to myself then, please in the first instance, contact me through ebay. I am happy to accept any return within 14 days of purchase providing that the goods are returned in their original packaging, and in the condition in which they were despatched. The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.

I recommend that the goods are returned by either some form of recorded delivery or using a service that requires a signature on delivery as in the unlikely event of the goods being lost or damaged in transit I would be unable to accept responsibility for the aforementioned returned goods unless this tracking is provided
