Starting on the day your order arrives, you have 60 days to return the device for a full refund. Send us a message and we will provide a pre-paid return label and return instructions.
Note: We do not cover return shipping costs if the device is taken outside of the United States after delivery.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail from Brooklyn, New York within 1 business day. Expedited upgrades are available at additional cost. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1 PM EST will ship out that same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST on Friday will ship Monday. Orders typically arrive within 3-4 business days in the continental United States. Tracking number e-mailed after order shipped. Orders where the total is $750.00 or higher will ship with Signature Required on delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
UPS Ground default shipping is FREE! UPS 2nd Day Air is $21.00. UPS Next Day Air Saver is $39.00.
What is and is not included in my order?
Orders include the purchased device and a generic wall charger and cable. Orders do not include the original retail box, original accessories, or SIM card.
Can you provide specific pictures of the exact device I will receive?
No. We have thousands of devices in stock at any given time and so providing a picture of the exact device you will receive is not feasible.
Can you send me the IMEI of a device?
Yes. After you receive your shipment confirmation, send us a message and we can provide the IMEI to you at that time.
