The supplied carrying "bottle" (which can be repurposed as a drinking bottle (without a nozzle) or a storage bottle for carrying gear) holds a 250ml bottle of Caffelatex sealant, a roll of rim tape 20mm across (should be enough for two 700c road rims taped twice round), two 48mm tubeless valves and a valve key (NB you can easily adapt for deep (carbon) rims with valve extenders to the desired length).
I've used their kit previously and it works well. The Caffelatex sealant is different to most - it's ammonia-free and low-viscosity, so coats the inside of tyres well, but is best-suited to sealing small holes (unless you buy their activator additive separately). I've found it to be long-lasting and easy to top-up.

To take full advantage of the superb Caffélatex sealant, Effetto have created tubeless conversion kits to convert standard bicycle wheels into tubeless (2 wheels per kit). Standard road wheels can also be converted to tubeless with the appropriate width kit.
WARNING:
On the road, due to the high inflating pressure, road tubeless tyres are the only ones that will function (tube-type tyres will explode, either immediately after mounting them or during a ride, with the risk of serious injuries or death).
