Payment
We accept payment by PayPal. Please use the eBay "Pay Now' button to complete payment. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Shipping
We ship Monday through Friday via USPS and Fedex. We normally ship orders the next business day with delivery in 2 to 5 business days (depending upon delivery location). Once the item is shipped you will receive email notification with a tracking number. For you protection we do require a signature upon delivery on higher value items. If your item gets lost or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you. Our warehouse staff are dedicated to making sure you receive your item in a safe and timely manner.
Warranties
The majority of the items we sell come a with manufacturers warranty however if your item becomes defective within the first 30 days we will replace it for you (or offer you a refund if you prefer). After 30 days, unless otherwise stated in the item description, you must contact the manufacturer for warranty issues. If the manufacturer refuses you warranty service then please contact us immediately so that we can be of assistance.
Returns
You may return your item to us for any reason. If you wish to return your item please contact our Customer Service department to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. If you are returning your item because it is defective or the wrong item was received then we will provide free return shipping. Customers returning defective items have the option of a replacement (if available) or a full refund. For non-defective items that have been opened we charge a 15% restocking fee as we cannot resell the item as new. To return an item you must contact us within 14 days of receipt and we must receive the item within 7 days of issuing you a RMA. We will do our best to make sure that the return process is as smooth as possible if the unlikely event that you need to use it.
