Q1: Do you need any additional information about my vehicle?
If you see your vehicle in the fitment list, you don't need to send us additional information, the parts will fit your vehicle.
If you are not sure and would like to double check, send us a message with your vehicle information or VIN and our vehicle specialists will assist you.
Q2: Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely, all our shipments come with a tracking number that will be uploaded to the order details once it ships.
Q3: What do I do if I have not received my order?
Please simply contact us via eBay messages, and then, we will get back to you as soon as possible with the update. Usually, we will follow up on every shipment until customers get their orders.
Q4: How to claim Warranty / Exchange / Return?
For any claim, contact us through eBay and one of our customer service agents will be happy to assist you and give you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Everything that is return to our warehouse needs a RMA code, so make sure to contact us before sending anything back.
