It has been tested and is in working condition for playing games. Used condition with scratches and dings. The console works but there is no external sound. Speakers are broken, no sound except when using the headphone jack, it works. Also the hinge is broken and loose, top half will not stay in upright position. Console is only thing included, no charger or stylus. Games are only pictured to show it works.
