Comics Journal #117

(Fantagraphics, 1987)

This magazine features a classic Dave Stevens cover and a feature interview with the artist that's loaded with examples of his work.

Condition: Very Good plus (or slightly better).

Condition Notes: Light tan/tan pages - somewhat tanner on outer edges of the pages. Magazine has a spine roll. Front and back cover have wear (edges and corners), signs of handling, light smudges, and blemishes. I see a small (centimeter or so) tear under the bottom staple. Back cover has a small nick on the top and some blemishes and other imperfections like a light crease. SPINE is reasonably tight - but this mag needs to be read carefully at this point. There is some writing and underlining on the very first page of the mag - and there are also ten (or so) more red underlined words in an article. These are the main blemishes that I noticed.

Shipped via US Ground Advantage in a carefully packed box with insurance.
