Incredible camera, amazing condition. Absolutely pampered its entire life. Including original box, manual, cd, Nikon brand battery grip (great value, just look it up), battery, and charger. Mint condition, outside a bit of surface wear on the rubber grommets covering the accessory mount for the triggers. No viewfinder scratches, including high quality cover. I have used this camera professionally for fine art documentation and had images featured in major national media. Routinely am told they're the best pictures clients get. You cannot get a higher quality DLSR body, its only limitations are the lenses you use and the settings you enter. The menus are easy to navigate for amazing results. Incredible for any pro-sumer, professional, or aspiring amateur photographer. I've loved owning this camera.

The D800 Series is the greatest DSLR ever made, and the D810 is a cult favorite as arguably the best in the series. While it lacks some features of the later D850, it has some advantages as well, particularly with shutter. Ultimately an upgrade over the D800 and D800E, this may be the last of the DSLR entries with full control for over their images. Unlike the new mirrorless cameras which have profiles locked behind black box settings, the D810 offers full adobe profiles. You can use decades of brilliant lenses without needing a finicky conversion ring as well, meaning you can get incredible glass for cheap. the grid pictures show this off - the lack of noise, the tack sharp focus.

This camera can create 36 megapixel images that look great at 200% or 300% zoom. These images were cropped, not re-sized, edited, or color corrected. 64 ISO produces the clearest images you can achieve. This was important to me as a studio fine art and product photographer. I needed clients to be able to zoom in and see the texture of surfaces. I took these pictures with a 24-70 zoom and 85 mm prime lens. You can still zoom in and see the woven texture of the surface, the creases, the scratches in the low quality cloth. This camera renders the world as you find it, in greater detail than your eyes can see. I never had to worry about cropping or capturing details; I always had images large enough to zoom in or crop and still render images that were so large they could be scaled down 20-70% for almost any practical purpose, and for those of you who get images printed, you can scale these images to make massive prints, especially with basic AI upscaling like topaz. The image quality is insane.

45.5k pictures taken, this camera has lived less than half of its life in the right hands. This camera lived in my studio. It is in mint condition. I recently had it serviced for full clean and they were amazed at how well it has been taken care of. I use vintage lenses, modern lenses, and it uses them all flawlessly.

It comes with a variety of accessories to enhance your photography experience. The 3.2-inch screen size has never lived without a cover, which is included, along with a Nikon battery, strap, manuals, cds, kit lens, battery, and battery charger. I admit the kit lens is nothing special, but anyone who buys this camera will have an incredible selection of lenses available to meet their every requirement. Unlike mirrorless cameras, these older models have an answer for every niche interest and demand. One note, I bought it overseas and my local servicing boutique (get it cleaned once a year) told me that it could be difficult to get it serviced by Nikon USA, although that's never been an issue for me.
