One wide cable linked chain (1 cm width) with three red (colour red is more like the first photograph) beads (approximately 1.5 cm diameter) and three silver beads (1 cm diameter).
There are three chain links between each bead.
Three other chains are the same style without beads and about 3 mm wide. These can be twisted around the larger chain or worn untwisted.
Entire necklace about 60 cm in length and cannot be adjusted.
