PLEASE NOTE:  This is a painting for a dollhouse.  The original painting is in a museum and it is PRICELESS.  My cousin Donna created hundreds of these to use as teaching tools.  Donna worked for many years as an art docent for elementary school age children and she saw value in teaching young people about fine art.  I do not know what methods she used in making these little paintings.  I do know that they have a textured surface and the wooden frames are handpainted.  They are very high quality, durable,  aesthetically pleasing, vintage and unique!
