DELIVERY & INSURANCE

Overseas destinations including island destinations not shown in the delivery rates please enquire for delivery cost.

Fair delivery rates I am not in the practice of profiting from delivery costs, and I endeavour to be as fair and as transparent as possible with delivery costs.  Delivery enquiries are always welcome and I am happy to provide a URL link to the source of the actual delivery cost I pay. Also please note that I am not a business seller with a high volume delivery account - I pay what the ordinary customer in the street pays either at the local post office or online for the cheapest possible courier collection of items requiring greater insurance coverage.

Insurance Delivery is always sent with the appropriate insurance to cover the final sale price along with a tracking number. I will also combine and reduce postage costs for multiple purchases. Please let me know if you have a delivery preference.

Descriptions I always try my best to be fair and accurate in providing item descriptions, and always give special attention to pointing out any flaws or areas of damage. My descriptions are detailed and thorough, so there should not be any unpleasant surprises. Please ask if further information or extra photos are required.

Packaging I have sold books before and know how to pack them well - sturdy, rigid materials are always used and special attention is given to contents immobilisation, and corner and edge protection. If you have any additional packing requests, please let me know.

Returns Returns are accepted if the item is materially different from the item description, has reached me in the same condition as when it was first despatched to you, and has reached me within fourteen days from your receiving of the item. For accepted returns, I offer a full refund of the total cost paid, including return postage. I would be grateful if I am notified of any intention to return an item, and all returns must include the original packaging - please place the item to be returned inside its original packaging then with the whole securely placed within sturdy and rigid outer packaging. I cannot accept a return if the item was as described, yet the recipient has simply changed their mind - so please bid only if you are absolutely satisfied with the item description, or are satisfied after further enquiries.

VAT & customs with no thanks to Brexit, the EU buyer will be responsible for paying any applicable VAT and customs.
