Look at this weird version of CONTRASTS by Larry Young.  It is pressed in MONO and has a "MONO LP Not For Sale" sticker pasted over the stereo cover.

The record plays real nice and has very limited noise between tunes and during the music it sounds beautiful.  From the parts I played, I didn't hear any noise intrusions. I always play the silence between tunes to hear the condition of the vinyl.  There is a tiny wave that doesn't affect play on my turntable.  If you are tracking light it may have a tiny jump.  It works fine on my turntable.  Overall, it's a BEAUT.

The labels are real clean - see pics.  The cover has corner dings and some separation in the bottom left corner.  See those pics as well.  It's the RVG Liberty version - Van Gelder being pressed into the dead wax on both sides.

Check my other rare sides this week and in the coming weeks.
