BREAKABLES/LOSS/REFUNDS

I always wrap & pack all of my items with the utmost care with lots of bubble wrap & cushioning material.

Couriers & the Royal Mail have a 'restricted list' & DO NOT compensate for damage to fragile items, even when added insurance is paid. In light of this I would ask you to NOT BUY, OFFER or BID on a fragile item unless you are prepared to take the unlikely risk of your item being damaged. The item/items are sent entirely at your own risk.

Of course, if you receive a non fragile item that is damaged while in their care then I would make a claim.

You would have to send clear & detailed photographs of all of the damage & the inner/outer packing as well as how & where the parcel was left. Without this information they will not accept the claim. Once the claim is accepted I will refund you in full.

If your item is lost in transit, whether it is fragile or not, I will make a claim & once it is accepted I will refund you in full.
