  • Freight fees are based on business address drop offs with dock or forklift access. If you have a residential area drop off, please contact us immediately to arrange additional shipping and handling charges and/or terminal pick up.
  • Items shipped by freight MUST be shipped to a business with a dock or forklift access; otherwise, liftgate and/or residential delivery fees WILL apply.
  • Heavier items (Engines, Transmissions, Doors, Hoods, etc.) that are too large dimensionally are shipped freight.
  • If there is a problem with delivery, the buyer is responsible for all additional charges (redelivery, limited access fees, liftgate fees, etc.).
  • Items that arrive damaged are to be photographed (item and packaging). Then contact us immediately to file a claim.
  • If listing states 'free shipping', free shipping applies only to the 48 states.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, or any other outter islands will have additional shipping charges.
  • The following states may incur a surcharge on any shipment depending on the size and distance: CA, OR, WA, NV, ID, MT, WY, CO, AZ, UT, TX AND MN.

SHIPPING FREIGHT & DAMAGES

  • ******Note****** that our shipping times are estimates for freight. We can not control how long it takes to arrive once it leaves our yard. You will receive the tracking number for your item(s) when we book the shipment so you know where it is.
  • Sometimes, items arrive damaged through transport. If you have a freight item coming to you, please do as follows;
  • Please check for damage before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). Document the damages on the BOL.
  • Accept the damaged transit item(s).
  • Tell the driver about the damage.
  • Document the damage. Keeping the damaged item(s) will allow you to do this. Take notes on everything. Immediately take photos of the damaged items and the packaging it came in.
  • DON'T WAIT TO DOCUMENT THE DAMAGE! By documenting immediately, it's stronger proof that you didn't accidentally do the damage yourself, and that it was inflicted before you handled it.
  • Tell us as soon as possible!! Please message or call us as soon as you're able. This way, it ensures you are within the time frame required to report such a problem.
  • Keep track of all the paperwork involved, correspondences, and photo documentation in case they are needed for your claim.
  • It is your responsibility to file a claim as soon as possible.
  • In the meantime, store the damaged goods. And though it may be tempting to get rid of it, discarding damaged freight will impede the claims process.
  • Please do not file a chargeback. Contact us first so we can assess the situation and come to a resolution. Chargebacks only cause more problems.
