This is the 1906 Viking Edition, published by the Norrcena Society. The book is # 1 of the 650 printed. They didn’t write on the first book, it was left blank.

This book has a delicate external leather spine. The leather has dried up over the years and has lost a lot of leather(Seen in last picture) (typical of the Norrcena). Boards are solidly attached. Clean and unmarked with good bindings and hinges. The cover leather rubs off easily so I recommend wearing gloves when handling these. All the pages are in great condition. There is no writing or tears anywhere in the book. My Uncle gave me this book 20 years ago just before he died. The book is missing one photogravures called Siegfried Awakens Brynhild. The other 3 photogravures are in perfect condition. Check out the pictures ask any questions. A must have book for anyone who loves Norse Mythology.
