This listing is for a lovely size 1X or 18 pullover knit top from Coldwater Creek.  The top is of good substance with nice softness and is done in a pretty blue with white slightly risen polka dots all over, not a print but they are a knit.  There are also subtle stripes in the fabric but they don't stand out as much as the dots.

The sleeves are 3/4 length and are partly sewn up at the cuffs for a pretty accent.  This top is in very good pre-owned condition and the measurements are: 

Bust is approximately 25"/50" with some give in the knit

Length is approximately 25"

100% cotton

Machine wash.
