These frames are made to order and dispatched from our workshop. All frames are made by us in our own photo framing factory.

Our frames come ready to hang or stand either in portrait or landscape. Please be advised that the kick stand comes with only sizes up to 12x10 inch. 

But can arrange on request. Bigger sizes would come with only hanging hooks.

Our frames are made using Polcore moulding and with MDF backing board. 

Due to possible damage during transit, we tend to use styrene glass instead of real glass. 

It’s a good quality styrene glass we use. Once both side protective films removed, the result is pretty much as good as real glass.

The size you are ordering is the size of photo that frame can hold. All the sizes shown are the approximate sizes. 

Around 4mm of your photo would hide under the moulding so that it is firmly placed and nicely viewed through the frame aperture. 

The moulding is approximately 32mm wide, 18mm deep and with 8mm of rebate. The overall size of the frame is approximately 5cm larger. 

For instance if your photo size is 7"x5" (17.7cm x 12.7cm), you will require to buy a 7"x5" inch frame. 

The overall size of the frame would be approximately 9" x7" (22.7cm x 17.7cm).

By overseeing the manufacturing of the frame from the beginning right through to the packaging of it, 

ensures that every frame reaches our customers in desired condition.

If you find that the frame you purchase is not good value for money or if you have any other problems with the frames you received, 

please get in contact with us and we will try our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible.

          Payment & Postage

-       We only accept PayPal to provide you with the fastest and safest way to pay.   Once you place an order, you are binding into a legal contract. So do not buy or bid unless you intend to complete the purchase.  We will pursue all unpaid items for all charges and fees after 10 days of payment not being received.  The products are dispatched using either Royal Mail, Hermes or DPD courier service depending on the size and weight of an item. Items sent by Royal Mail 48 can be delivered to anywhere in the UK and typically takes 2 to 5 working days from dispatch to arrive. Items sent by Courier (next day 5.30pm) might have surcharges for N.Ireland and Channel Islands. Please contact us if you have any queries on surcharges before purchasing the item as your item will not be shipped if a surcharge occurs. Once full payment has been made, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours (except weekends & public holidays).  If you want to receive the item quick, please contact us so we can offer you different postage options.  We only ship to the address on Paypal. If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this in the Paypal confirmation before confirming payment. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances unless advised specifically in a message or note to us.  Although we ship very fast we do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hand of the Royal Mail or the delivery company as used. Special delivery can be arranged for an additional cost and must be paid for at the time of purchase. There is no special Delivery service or courier service on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays

          Returns

-       We have a 30 day returns policy for unwanted items. This means you can return the item in original condition, unused with its original packaging back to us within 30 days of receipt for full refund. The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs. Also you MUST notify us before sending the item back to us. For items which are faulty on receipt, please notify us within 48 hours. If you want to return the item due to a product fault, Only return if we ask for it (postage will be paid). In case of damaged or faulty item, we will only refund once the item is confirmed and proved as faulty (a photographic proof will be required within 14 days of delivery). We will pay the return postage (Minimal cost) only to those orders which we have asked you to return. Therefore please DO NOT return item without our consent. In the unlikely event that a wrong item is received, please contact us about further action rather then returning the item back to us. We will send you the correct item free of charge. Whenever you are asked to return an item please put a note with the fault or the reason for return and your Ebay ID and telephone number to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible.
