I have been doing this for 12 year under user ID freders0

I refurbish your used bag you send to me. I do not send someone elses bag back to you.

Is your bag in good shape but just needs a zipper or other MINOR  repairs. I refurbish these as well as make them. I will install a new heavy duty zipper (see picture of zipper) in your old bag and do any MINOR repairs needed (minor rips, small holes, bad or missing straps )

(Bad straps that are sewn into the bag are at extra cost to replace.)

If I need to replace a panel on your bag that would be a extra cost of $30.00 per panel. Sometimes the fabric is just in to bad of shape to repair and a replacement panel is required at the extra cost. Holes in the bottom of a bag very often need to be replaced because a patch can rub the stitching off the patches thus the patch will fall off. Please include contact phone number with your bag.  I will repair everything and install a new heavy duty zipper and return shipping is included in $69.99. You will need to cover shipping cost to ship the bag to me.

The shipping time in this listing will show 10 day. giving you time to ship it to me and me to return it to you. My refurbishing service is done in 24 to 48 hours so your bag will be back in your hand in about 1 week from the time you shipped it to me. If you ship it to me on a Monday it should be back to you the next Monday after you sent it to me

Repaired and shipped back within 48 hours of delivery to me (usually 24 hours) I ship USPS Priority mail total refurbishing time is about 1 week from you shipping the bag to me and it is back to you.

Read some feed backs I have received below

I got this email yesterday from a customer that had me refurbish his old bag. Fred: Ebay: ( item: 140770129845 transaction: 884995759004 ) You sent me a new bag as opposed to repairing my old one. Was this a mistake? How much extra do I owe you for the new one as I will be happy to send you a check. Thank you, Mike Vantusko

My first thought was Oh NO. I must have sent a refurbished bag to a customer that bought a new bag and I sent a refurbish bag to a customer that bought a new bag. I checked my shipping records and could not see how it could have happened. I called the customer and ask a few question about the bag. What does your zipper look like. What color are your zipper pulls. After that I knew he had his refurbished bag and could not tell it from a new bag. That was the best complement on my workmanship I could have ever got.
