This Spiderman comic is the first printing of this comic with 7-11 as a sponsor. I received it as a sample from Marvel in the late 80s to encourage comic collaborations.
It's very hard to find this first printing in such good shape, but I have kept it in a sleeve since I received it.
This book was successfully reprinted many times with other sponsors.
There are lots of printings of this book that are much newer, from what I can tell there is one in 1993, one in 1995 that has no "Sponsor", one from 2002 that was a 9/11 tribute issue. I do not know what the print run is on these, or any of the other printings, but I do know that it is tough to find this 1987 one in high grade.
