We offer free delivery & dispatch from our UK depot within one business day of purchase. Most items are dispatched on an Airmail 7 - 14 business day service which is not trackable. Some larger orders are dispatched with UPS which is usually a 5-6 business day service (tracking details sent at time of dispatch). We also offer an expedited dispatch using an international courier which usually takes between 2-4 days.

These delivery estimates can vary at peak periods or during adverse weather and depending on processing times at US Customs & Border Protection (CBP). We dispatch parcels with all the paperwork required by CBP and purchases under $800 are generally cleared without any import duty or additional paperwork.

If any duty is owed, CBP will charge a processing fee for clearing your package. Duty and the processing fee are your responsibility and can usually be paid at your local post office, where your package is forwarded or direct to UPS for parcels delivered by them.
