This item is in excellent condition with vibrant cobalt blue color. It is almost 6" tall and 3 1/2" wide at the handles. The vase neck opening is 1 1/2" wide. The vase body is cobalt blue with a clear glass base of 3/16". at the top are 2 clear curved glass handles. The item has a manufacture's sticker stating made in Poland. It is a beautiful piece of art glass without damage or signs of wear.
